Terms of Use

Welcome to In Your Place Furniture we aim to provide you with complete enjoyment of the furniture and décor products you purchase from us. Please read carefully the terms and conditions to ensure that we can best serve you.

• We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. We also accept payments on certain products from Paypal, Goggle checkout and personal checks.

 • After your online purchase order is completed we require authorization from the credit card company for 100% of the amount of your purchase order.

• In case of partial shipment, you will be required to pay the balance only on the items being shipped. Please note all payments are required 100% up front.

• After your purchase order is completed, you will be sent within 24 hours an order confirmation by email to the address you entered during checkout. Please do not delete this email because this is your order confirmation. Please review the order and inform us of any errors in spelling or numerical mistakes so we can make the necessary changes.

 • There is a 50 Dollars for all cancelled orders. All orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement until the ordered products are already placed in transit. (After it has been deposited with cargo carrier and before it accepted by customer). Whichever comes first. However, customers will be charged for the cost of round-trip shipping of merchandise. Please note all special orders may not be cancelled (A special order is an order of custom furniture and/or product in terms of color, size, pattern, clearance item and floor model items).

Shipping and Delivery

• We cannot deliver to anyone under the age of 18.

 • All orders are shipped via ground carriers and in stock items usually shipped within 3-5 days. Shipping time we quote are only estimates, and not guarantees. Deliveries can take an additional 1-3 weeks after the shipping date depending on the destination.

 • The carriers will contact you in advance to setup the delivery time frame with you.

• On some of our products we offer free shipping in the Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded). • We do not provide international shipping at this time.

• Delays in delivery date may occur, In Your Place Furniture do not guarantee any shipping date and customers understand and agree that shipping and delivery delays can be caused by third parties such as custom delays or any other third parties logistics and productions products that are beyond the control of In Your Place Furniture.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with delivery trucking information and estimated arrival dates (spanning 3-5 days) • As some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery times may vary for each item in your order.

• If you must reschedule your delivery date please notify your shipping carrier by email and by phone no later than 48 hours after receiving your tracking information.

• You understand and agree that In Your Place Furniture has no responsibility or liability to any personal injury to someone or any other issue that can arise due to carrying any products from the curbside to the inside or the yard of the property space.

• For all our customers please understand that delays in shipping may occur. In most cases delays occur during busy seasons and holidays due to many factors not in our control. Please note it is not In Your Place Furniture responsibility for products delays which may occur beyond In Your Place Furniture control.

White Glove Delivery

Where a standard delivery person might just drop off a package at your door, White glove delivery services is available for selected items and destinations at an additional cost. All items that are qualified for free shipping do not include White glove delivery service. The White glove service provides delivery to inside of your residence. Once the product is in the room you desire the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup. The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging (limited to 30 minutes). Please note: The shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires, the shipper will not fix any décor products including but not limited to artwork and mirrors. As per law our delivery personnel are not licensed contractors. Please note the white glove delivery service includes carrying the product up two flight of stairs. From the building threshold (4-15 steps= 1 flight). Products that required basic setup will be screwed and/or bolted together next to each other or on top of each other by basic tools. White glove delivery service is an additional charge to the regular shipping charges with a minimum purchase of $1500 dollars. For any questions please email us @ info@inyourplacefurniture.com

Return and Exchange

A return or exchange of products can be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Prior to returning the product customers must email us in order to receive a return authorization number. No return products will be accepted without a return authorization number. In any case of return of merchandise customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as 2 way shipping charges. All return merchandise must be in perfect condition, not used and not installed including all the original packaging material. Please note: A white glove delivery personal will dispose all packaging material as soon as the setup is complete and merchandise accepted. Therefore customer will not be able to return the merchandise without the original packaging. Please note: In Your Place Furniture reserved the right not to issue refund or exchange in case items have been assembled, modified, installed or used in any way. All items that are not in reasonable condition, all items without a return authorization number issued by In Your Place Furniture, all items that are not in original packaging, any and all items that not purchased from In Your Place Furniture, any products that damaged during transportation, any clearance items or custom order merchandise, any special discount products etc.


Customer understands that most products come with standard warranty against manufacture defects. However customer understands and agrees that all sales are finals and any damages to product must be reported at a time of delivery (noted on the delivery receipt)


All claims must be reported to In Your Place Furniture. Each and every claim must be filled within 48 hours. All claim forms require a few clear photos of the damage product. All properly submitted claims will have resolution after 72 business hours reviewing time. It is the customer responsibility to make sure that In Your Place Furniture did receive the claim including all information. Customer understands and agrees that all products that are suspected to be damage must be documented as “damaged upon arrival” and signed by customer. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect the item. in case the delivery driver do not agree to wait while you inspect the items you must note in writing on the bill of delivery that the delivery person refused to wait while inspected the item and that’s the reason you refused the shipment. All customers understand and agree that without inspecting the items at the time of delivery you are accepting the shipment “As is” and therefore you will be fully responsible for the freight and all replacements and/or repair costs. Customer understands and agrees that in case you signed the delivery receipt without any notation of damaged or missing part on the time of delivery then all sales are final and customer accepting the items “As is”. All items refused due to damage at the time of delivery will be replaced by In Your Place Furniture upon availability. Customer understands that he should not sign on the freight receipt before you completed the inspection of the items delivered. Please make sure you have someone to help you unpack the merchandise you received because the delivery person will not allow a long time for inspection and unpacking since delivery type you have chosen as “curb side” delivery. If driver refuses to wait for inspection and you noted it in writing on the delivery slip, then you must contact us immediately so we can reschedule another delivery time. In any case the delivery is incomplete meaning that some of the ordered items are missing customer must note of the shortage in writing on the delivery receipt. Customer understands and agrees that if you refused to accept the delivery for any reason other than items being damaged after your inspection upon delivery, then customer is liable for all outwards and return freight/delivery charges that incurred by customer refusal. Customer understands that if any items upon delivery do not fit through doors/stairwells and because of it items must be returned, customer is responsible for all outwards and return charges. It is customer responsibility to confirm that items dimensions fit into all customer doors and/or stairwells.
